  Very bad customer service. I was lied to multiple times about my purchase. I was told there was free shipping on a product I ordered, which it wasn't. I was told they were not able to cancel my order, and I have to call customer service, which I was told was 24 hours. Which was obviously not. Employees here are obviously not trained. Bad customer service. Very bad..

  Very bad customer service, they messed up my online return and were not able to explain it to me why was I being given a lesser amount that what I was charged. The manager came and she made me wait for a good half an hour and further just vanished into a back office. After like another 15 mins, she comes back and asks me the same questions again and says I agree the amount doesn’t match and goes back to find someone “ her manager” this time. I didn’t get the difference and just left, as it was already 45 mins by now. Super unsatisfied and they further don’t even seem to care if I wasn’t returned the amount I paid and I was an unsatisfied customer.

  For sure, this is a guess store that offers huge discounts. I don’t know, whether they offer discounts through out the year but when i was there, they had a sale going on.

  I was running late to a bridal shower and everyone helped me get in and out with a beautiful dress in less than 20 minutes on a Friday
