  tl/dr; I will never be shopping online or at the Toronto outlet mall, their customer service is terrible unless you’re located in the US.

  I then tried online shopping at Saks Off Fifth. The ordering process was simple but a lot of extra charges. When my order arrived I received my clothing and what arrived was not what was described on the website.

  I returned the items because they were so ill fitted I could not wear them. SAKSOffFIFTH made me pay for shipping to my house the first time, and then again to return the item. A total of ~$50 for shipping. Quite ridiculous.

  Very disappointed looks nothing like the store on 5th avenue in New York City! Save yourself the trip! Inside its just one floor and looks more like a Nordstrom Rack then the Gorgeous Store on 5th Avenue in New York City!

  I rate this store 5/10 mainly because of where its located. This outlet mall is always busy and all of the clothing is picked over and unorganized. It worth the extra 30% to never step foot in this mall.

  Very underwhelming. Poor selection of men’s apparel, brands that you could find at Winners excepting the odd overpriced Zegna piece. Pricing is marginal at best. Staff standing around chatting while merchandise is lying on the floor.

  Good discounts off brand name clothing. Typically very busy on weekends. Until the new parking structure is open, you can find overflow parking across Trafalgar to save the hassle of finding a spot.
