    I continued to take a look at a few pairs of boots and no one assisted me, asked me if I needed help, or even explained the promotion; they just continued their conversation as I looked around the store.

    All in all, the experience was extremely disappointing to say the least.

    Had an incredible boxing day shopping experience there. Was able to find some of their coveted styles in my size (8) with 50% off and then additional 20% off our entire purchase. Some styles did have more size availability than others but overall good selection and I'm elated with my purchases. The sales associate helping us could not have been better, I wish I remembered her name. Thank you!

    Now, I'm not the type to make a big deal about the customer service that I receive but I do believe that working in a high end boutique style store, the experience that you grant your customer is extremely important. What was off-putting was the fact that I actually went into the store to purchase and with that experience alone, I do not see myself purchasing a pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes despite how beautifully made they are.

    My decision to do so quickly changed as the staff was very unwelcoming, and unhelpful. As I walked in, about 4 sales associates stood in the middle of the store chit chatting away. One of them paused the conversation for a second to say a brief hello and as I responded she rolled her eyes and got back to the conversation.

    It was almost as if they didn't think I would buy so they did not bother to help me. Furthermore, coming from a retail management background, I know they do not get paid to stand around talking to one another, especially when customers are needing assistance.
